User Agreement

By signing below, I hereby accept the use of my information for the purposes of identity verification in order to complete my membership in the Faculty Lounge for the project (the “Public Speaking Project”), upon the following terms, conditions and understandings:

• I am not a current college or high school student, nor am I a friend, relative or acquaintance of said student.
  • I understand that, if I am a student trying to abuse this site, department chairs, instructors, and/or school administrators will be notified of attempts to acquire private materials through the use of a faculty account.
  • I understand that I will not distribute this material to any student and/or unverified member of the project.
  • I am not enrolled in a class that is using the materials posted in this site.
  • I am a certified faculty member of an educational institution.
  • I will not abuse the materials provided to me.
  • I will be responsible for any unacceptable behavior related to my account.
  • I understand all of these conditions, therefore I sign my understanding below by agreeing to these statements.

By accessing “Public Speaking Project Faculty Lounge (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Public Speaking Project Faculty Lounge, “http://www.publicspeakingproject.org/facultylounge/”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.
